Responsibilities and Requirements: A law firm is seeking a Senior Labor and Employment Associate having 3-6 years of law firm experience in employment litigation and employment counseling. Traditional labor experience would be a plus. Must have strong writing and analytical skills, experience handling multiple cases, and be able to serve as the point person on significant litigation, including coordinating with other associates and staff and acting as client contact. Deposition and/or courtroom experience a plus. Should have strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
