Responsibilities: Major Duties: Manage and administer equipment purchase order tracking access database. Key in purchase order information, create Adobe PDF reports, post reports on portal and assist in expediting orders. Coordinate with various departments in support of order tracking initiatives. Additional responsibilities Draft acquisition plans, prepare source rationale, analyze specifications and requirements documentation, Support contract award actions and administration.Requirements: 4 years procurement experience or 10 or more years of business experience with a minimum of one year in procurement or government contract management. Must have advanced skills using MS Access. Education: Business Degree is preferred.
