Responsibilities: The Logistics Analystis responsible for analysis and utilization of continuous improvement tools to design Supply Chain Solutions in current and future operations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering or 8 years equivalent work experienceAdvanced Level Skills in MS Word such as keyboard short cuts, creating macros, merge, merge queries, templates, table techniques, and working with images and text.Advanced Level Skills in MS Excel such as working with formulas, data tables, pivot Charts, queries, custom functions, data management and analysis1 year work experience or accredited internship/cooperative experience required.Additional Candidate must also possess strong customer service, analytical skills to - Good communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Ability to work independently with minimum supervisionPosition Description: will Maintaining the i2 issues database and responding within 15 minutes once the issue is submitted, handling telephone calls from internal and external customer base, identify possible transportation problems as pertain to tariff related problemsAssist in training new hires in the Entity Management groupHelp Maintain tariffs/entities within i2 Transportation ManagerPerform gap analysis across all SPE account tariffsUtilize methods and procedures to achieve process compliance and organizational goals, support and maintain standard customer and operational reporting (i.emonthly reporting on i2 issues), provide feedback and recommendations to drive continuous improvement at account and operational levelKey responsibility help maintain and resolve level one and level two i2 issues submitted by the shipment management coordinators and business/operational owners, pull route guides from MILES to assist in tariff related issues, validate zones and build delivery schedules.
