Responsibilities: Responsible for retention, increased membership, and the sale of new products and services in medium and large sized existing group accountsImplements marketing strategies which enhance s position in the local market.Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.Life license required or ability to obtain one within 120 days of hire date2-4 years experience in marketing, business development, and managing business to business relationships required.Proven track record of meeting individual business objectivesKnowledge of and experience with employee health benefitsStrong computer and analytic skills, including experience creating client presentations using Microsoft Office programs and use of client databases, requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills required.Strong interpersonal, presentation, and persuasion skills requiredBilingual highly preferredExpertise in handling difficult client issues related to health plan services, policies and proceduresEffective account management skillsKnowledge of underwriting processes, healthcare products, and contracts preferredMust be able to work in a Labor/Management Parnership environment.
