Responsibilities: Assoc. Product Manager, Incontinence Care Reporting to: Direcror of Marketing Incontinence Care Nursing Care Division This position will primarily manage incontinence care products within the Incontinence Care product center. Include: - Develop and implement marketing and advertising materials and programs designed to increase product sales and gross profit. - Develop effective field releases of new products and line extensions. - Develop and implement Marketing and Business Plans. - Support field sales related to product categories. - Work with Logistics Planning to manage forecast accuracy and other customer metrics. - Travel required - approximately 10 - 15%.Requirements: BS Degree in Business. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability to establish priorities and manage multifunctional projects. - Strong analytical and project management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in sales or marketing of medical products.
