Responsibilities and Requirements:  Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance within 6 months of employementBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceBachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferredNine or more years of logistics engineering experienceFive or more years of leadership/supervisory experience includedExperience working with the department's business objectivesExperience working with engineering, supply and configuration management processes with respect to logisticsExperience working with design-support programs such as Integrated Logistic Support (ILS), Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), etc.Other Requirements: Strong analytical and problem solving skills for determining and providing logistics supportStrong human relations skills to select, develop, mentor, discipline and reward employeesStrong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, vendors, employees and technical personnelStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsGood negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to deal with changeWillingness to travel.
