Responsibilities and Requirements: This position requires 6 to 10 years of experience in the business analysis. The Key Personnel must meet the following additional minimum qualifications. Must have at least 6 years of in-depth IT experience in business analysis. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have experience in working US healthcare business. Must have in-depth development experience in J2EE environment using WebSphere or equivalent application server platform. Must have in-depth IT experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
