Responsibilities: Responsible for the development of all private label products and packaging . Ensures brand integrity and timely product development execution. Negotiate best possible price with foreign buying office or ODM partnerCountryUnited Assists in review of assortment planning, classification trending, key item identification and pricing direction. Negotiates best possible cost with foreign buying office or factory representatives. Researches and analyzes competitive and benchmark brands on a monthly basis. In conjunction with Director of Channel Management, presents findings including pricing strategies, key items, and new product development opportunities. Working in conjunction with buyers, ensures all brand merchandise meets corporate standards for quality and brand integrity. Working with Director of Channel Management and foreign buying office to coordinate all product development, packaging requirements and factor qualifications. Requirements: Bachelor degree preferred. Experience 3-5 years of sourcing, merchandise, inventory, marketing or product development experience. Role specific abilities/skills Entry level understanding of industry trends, assortment planning and key item development Knowledge of product development preferred but not required Strong communication, organizational, administrative skills.
