Main Accountabilities: Work with internal data providers to collect informationManipulate and analyze data to produce engagement and financial reportsConstruct PowerPoint presentations to communicate results of analysisHelp Business Partners access, clarify, and translate reportsCoordinate deliverables that require input from several functional areasInfluence others to meet deadlines, including those more senior than the person in this rolePerform detailed analyses of possible sources of information to ensure the availability, accuracy and integrity of informationInterpret ad hoc requests from management and internal customers to produce reporting that anticipates needs and how the information can be leveragedPerform statistical analyses to find relationships among human capital data Key Competency Requirements:Data management and analytic abilities are vital as department reporting integrates information from multiple sources. Must be comfortable and effective working with and influencing associates at all levels, including managers, to met quality and service requirements.Must be adept at interpreting managers' needs and providing reporting/analyses in a way that anticipates how the information can be most useful - must go beyond purely what's asked for.Must be display a high level of consultative capacity as the role supports the team's delivery of planning and analytics that support critical business planning and decision making.Proactively anticipates the needs of internal partners and generates alternatives for addressing internal partner requirements. Requirements: College degree in quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, business, etc.3-5 years professional financial services or equivalent experienceExcellent Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsAnalytical and process management skillsGeneral IT knowledge is a plus The position can be located in Wellesley, MA or Waterloo, Canada promotes equal opportunity employment.
