Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will also manage the team and the financial hardship programs efficiently as well as effectively assist patients to receive alternate funding. Ideal candidate exemplifies exceptional customer service.Education Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience.Experience Two years proven supervisory experience. Experience with financial assistance programs. Knowledge of financial assistance programs, attention to detail and analysis, ability to gather data & compile information, tremendous organizational skills, communicate effectively with compassion and tact, use independent judgment, manage and impart confidential information. Ability to work with teams and coordinate efforts.Requirements: Administers and manages the current Caremark Financial Assistance Program and Chronic Disease Fund Program to ensure all patients are consistently and thoroughly evaluated. 2. Administer and manage Pharmaceutical Programs for several different PAP programs. Attend meetings with program facilitators and develop plan and implement. 3. Find alternate resource options for patient financial needs. Provide financial counseling to patients regarding insurance coverage issues that includes identifying resource options, making resource recommendations and educating patients on the process to follow to obtain coverage. 4. Submit written recommendations for improvements and enhancements to the referral and research processes. 5. Develop procedures for all new or revised business.
