The Business Development Director identifies potential clients, develops an account entry strategy, conducts the prospecting campaign, develops relationships and understands the business/performance issues that contribute to the client critical strategic business objectives. Interested candidates will have the following attributes: Can quickly build strong personal rapport with prospects, customers, and internal team members Are driven, self sufficient and naturally competitive-loves to winCan lead and motivate a team of resources who don directly report to them Intuitively understand how decisions are made in the client organization Have a natural curiosity for business and a passion for exceptional customer service.Requirements: Six to ten years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
