Responsibilities: Directs and supervises all hourly maintenance employees Maintain standards established by the department Director and Maintenance Supervisor Performs 70% supervisory duties and 30% applied work Counsel employees and implement necessary corrective measures Maintain inventories on all supplies and equipment Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. A minimum of one year prior supervisory experience, as well as one year prior housekeeping experience required. Must have a working knowledge of computer software - i.e., MicroSoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.Copyright and Legal Information.
