Responsibilities: The position will require asolid knowledge of PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii hardware systems. This individual willbe responsible for ensuring that the game feature set and designs deliver acompelling and authentic experience. An ideal candidate works with thedevelopment team to refine the creative vision based on guidance and directionfrom the Creative Director. Responsible for ensuring that all design and creative efforts on the gamecombine to form a compelling, exciting game experience Define and prioritize game features based on overall product vision, adaptingto development capabilities, schedules, etc. Ensure that feature designs deliver on the promise of the original game concept Energetically communicate and evangelize feature set and creative vision withinthe development team, licensors and the rest of the organization Provide written and verbal feedback to development team throughoutpre-production and game tuning phases Construct high quality, detailed designs as an added extension to the designteam Consistently report product status from a creative standpoint to CreativeDirector, management and other team organizations Requirements: 3 to 5 years of game design experience, preferably on fighting or sports titles Credited for design on at least one AAA title Shipped at least one console title in a lead designer role from concept throughproduct completion Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills Able to professionally communicate, negotiate and debate game features withother team members Ability to be a self-starter and to lead projects with minimal supervision Maintains awareness of trends in the game industry, wrestling industry andpopular culture for in-game creative opportunities Strong ability to create new, innovative designs or enhance existing ones Education Bachelor (BA) degree from accredited four-year college or university orequivalent experience Preferences Knowledge of and interest in: WWE, wrestling, fighting games, sports and sportgames.
