A manufacturer/service provider of specialty electrical motors is seeking a new General Manager to lead the company in expanding into new markets and new product opportunities..
Responsibilities
Full Profit & Loss (P&L)
Develop long and short term plans, goals and objectives to improve the performance and reliability of the manufacturing and repair facilities.
Develops and implements capital, operation and human resource budgets
Ensures the implementation and administration of company policies, programs, and procedures
Assures customer reliability and satisfaction by enacting a dynamic customer evaluation program
Manages direct and indirect managers
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree along with an MBA or related Masters.
Ten or more years of extensive experience in Management/ Supervisory roles showing increasing responsibility for direct and indirect reports
Experience in the electrical motor industry
