Position Description
We are seeking to hire a part-time administrative assistant intern to assist our company’s directors with day-to-day initiatives and tasks. You will work closely with our company’s directors from our office in downtown Washington DC. This position may turn into full time employment in the future.

Ideally, we are seeking someone who aspires to work in the field of TV/video production. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated, organized individual with a strong work ethic.

Roles/ Tasks
*Managing scheduling, calendar management, and appointments for our company’s executives
*General receptionist services in person, over the phone, and by email
*Office management services such as handling utilities, supplies, mail, etc.
*Running errands during the day to perform tasks such as document printing, package dropoff/pickup, banking, etc.
*Writing correspondences on behalf of our team
*Compiling and organizing template company materials and forms
*Light human resources services including interacting with company employees and reviewing employee output
*Researching on projects assigned by directors

*Someone who works well with people and is comfortable interacting with clients and vendors by email, phone, and in-person

Skills/ Requirements
*Candidates must have college degree or in the process of obtaining one. Entry-level applicants are welcome but must demonstrate substantial entry skill set and abilities
*Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as excellent Internet skills
*Strong organizational and filing skills
*Strong interpersonal and conversational abilities
*Solid writing and proofreading abilities
*Firm comfort level with numbers, accounting, and record-keeping
*Experience and comfort with TV production industry is preferred but not required
* Addition to native level English, Turkish language skill is preferred but not required
