Responsibilities: The Doctor of Physical Therapy program at invites applications for a half time faculty position. We are seeking an individual to further the program's reputation as a provider of physical therapy education driven by innovation, local and global service, and dedication to professional advancement. The successful candidate will have expertise in two of the following areas: orthopedics, therapeutic exercise, or neurologic rehabilitation. Preferred qualifications include: Ph.D. or its equivalent (DPT with ABPTS certification will be considered); eligibility for Virginia physical therapy licensure; previous academic experience, including a record of scholarship; and a record of excellence in teaching. .
