Start Date: 6ImmediateHours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Shift: 1st Workweek: 9/80 Job Location: San Diego, CAJob description:Structural Analysis-Durability and Damage Tolerance(DaDT) Engineer-Contract Labor - Will be a member of the Structural Analysis Department as a technical member of the HALE IPT. Position requires experience in Structural Analysis Methods and documentation, detailed analysis procedures, FEM analysis, NASTRAN and PATRAN and complex models of metallic and advanced composite aircraft structures. Must possess excellent communication, presentation, writing, leadership and people skills.Education Required:BS degree in Engineering (AE, ME or CE) plus a minimum of 9 years of experience in structural analysis or an MS degree and 7 years of experience. Candidates must have experience in detailed analysis procedures, DADT, FEM model development, NASTRAN, PATRAN, and layout sizing. Experience Requirements/Skills:Desired skills include familiarity with layout sizing, structural integrity evaluations and static and dynamic load development. Experience required in aircraft design durability, damage tolerance of aircraft structures, material allowables development, acoustic/dynamic evaluations, fatigue and survivability, and aircraft structural integrity programs.
