EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN DESERVE EXCEPTIONAL THERAPISTS....Our Client is a public school system dedicated to providing the very best care to the students of their district. This Contract position is for the 2009-2010 School Year, beginning August 25, 2009 and serving until the end of June 5, 2010. You will be servicing all their schools which are located within 20 miles of each other....so variety is something built into your schedule. You can use different methods to treat the kiddos...from pullout to working with them in the Life Skills classroom. The age ranges you will see is from 3 yrs to 19 yrs old....YOU set your schedule. Currently we are in search of an OTR that can work 2 1/2 to 3 days per week with a flexible schedule....but could possibly share with another district to make this a full-time position. This school district boast a close-knit group where the teachers know their students individually....and can provide the best feedback as you set your development plans, and document outcomes. More details to come...but dont hesitate to call me if you have questions!Qualifications: Must have a Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy and hold a current state license (or eligible) if applicable.PAY RANGE: Contract: $39 - $45 hr! Possibility to become an employee of the school district if you desire.
