CLINICAL MANAGER SURGERY CENTERFT LAUDERDALE, MIAMI-DADE, FLORIDA AREANO MORE NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, OR HOLIDAYS.POSITION PROFILE:- The Manager will have total responsibility over 16 FTEs and all clinical aspects of the ASC- This surgery center produces an average 500 multiple-specialty procedures each month. - Offering todays most sophisticated outpatient techniques and advances in surgical monitoring equipment such as the use of lasers and microsurgical methods.- Work for a reputable World Class Healthcare System that with surgery centers nationwide and unlimited opportunity.- Reports to a supportive Surgery Center Administrator REQUIREMENTSAssociates degree required (Bachelors preferred). Three years or more of operating room management experience. Must be skilled in communication, quality services, physician relations, patient, and staff satisfaction. Bilingual preferred.THE LOCATION:Located around the southeast coast of sunny Florida only minutes from major theme parks, professional sports, many cultural events, and Americas famous South Beach.
