Responsibilities: Responsible for facilitation, engineering, design and optimization, equipment and material specification, facility design and scope, project planning and resources, project budgets and goal setting, schedules, and operability of completed processes and projects.   30% - Deployment of strategic plant processes and projects and deliverables in various stages.  Responsible for facilitation, procurement, installation, construction, overall safety (personnel, process, food safety, etc) and quality of process or project execution, startup and hand over.   20% - Ensure completed processes or projects function towards achieving plant and BU strategy, goals and results in multiple aspects including but not limited to EHS, Maintenance Manangement, and Quality, managing systems and policies/guidelines, energy efficiency and cost improvements.   20% - Plant Operations troubleshooting assignments; misc. job-related duties.  ','!!
