Responsibilities: Provide geographic information systems (GIS) and data analysis support to initiatives, including the development of strategic plans, presentations, vulnerability assessments, and other client deliverables. Use GIS tools to model, design, and analyze government and commercial communications networks. Lead subtasks that comprise a larger analysis, contribute to methodology development to solve complex problems, contribute to quality assurance, research telecommunication network infrastructure trends, current and future telecommunication infrastructure technologies, and analytic methodologies, and document analytic processes and procedures. Requirements: 2 years of experience with presenting, briefing, or communicating analytic research material -2 years of experience with developing methodologies to solve network problems using a data-driven approach -Experience with ESRI ArcGIS Tool Suite -Experience with using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access -Knowledge of critical infrastructures, including telecommunications, electric power, water, and gas -Ability to obtain a security clearance -BS degree..
