Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for improving and discovering new therapeutic proteins/antibodies. These projects requires the following expertise (in order of importance): - protein expression (mammalian, yeast, E.coli) and purification (affinity and size exclusion) - biophysical characterization of proteins/antibodies (biosensors, calorimetry, spectroscopy, etc.) - designing and cloning expression constructs (eukaryotic and prokaryotic) - structure-function relationship of proteins Education & Training Preferred: Bachelor or Master degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or related discipline. The candidate should have strong communication skills, flexibility to learn new skills and strong problem solving skills. Prior Experience Preferred 3 yrs experience in laboratory research in academia or industry..
