Responsibilities: Function as a member of a team tasked with developing or reviewing facility record data and drawings and recording that data in online resources for future use in facility management and planning. Examine field verify record floor plans for facilities noting changes where they have occurred. Verify the accuracy of the floor plan configuration and dimensions and record space assignments to activity components. Develop and draft floor plans through field measurements where none exist or plans are significantly out of date. Use AutoCAD software to develop or update floor plans for facilities using a standardized layering scheme and drawing format. Collect data on space assignments for individual facilities or activity components using a standardized form. Enter space assignment data collected in the Space Utilization Module of a facilities assets database. .
