Responsibilities and Requirements : Seven (7) years (with degree) OR Nine (9) years (without degree) supporting system development efforts in a business analyst, systems analyst or programmer analyst role. Must be capable of working independently, have good organizational skills, and possess good oral and written communications skills. ALSO Five (5) years (with degree) OR Seven (7) years (without degree) of experience supporting either testing or training effort on a systems implementation project, including the development of materials and and scheduling and conducting requirements and feedback sessions with end users. Must have experience with meeting facilitation, business process analysis, system and user acceptance test planning, requirements analysis planning and documentation.Bachelors Degree preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field OR combination of education and experience plus certification at related fields such as in the areas of Information Technology, COmputer Science, Business Analysis, etc.Job :Understands organization and application direction, structure, and requirements.Prepares requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations; Develops work flow diagrams and supporting business and technical documentationWorks closely with Subject Matter Experts to identify application deficiencies; Understands IT System Life Cycle Methodology and Project ManagementIdentifies and documents system deficiencies and recommends solutionsAssists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedulesUnderstands the components of running a fiscally successful project.
