Responsibilities : The position works with a team of recruiters and will provide backup to other recruiters as appropriate.Key accountabilitiesKey - Lead the efforts on recruiting processes, procedures, tools and compliance that support the execution of the resourcing strategy - Handle all aspects of the recruitment and selection processes which includes sourcing, application and resume screening, preliminary interviews, assessments, coordination of the interview process, selection decisions and marketing and communications - Work within assigned budget - Utilize and maintain a forecasting model - Facilitate candidate hiring experience from initial application to offer - Manage candidate data and report on status - Ensure compliance tracking and reporting to support our goal of building a diverse workforce - Utilize cost effective methodologies to identify individuals who possess the skills and competencies necessary to achieve the desired business results - Participate in career fairs and/or other recruiting initiatives to generate qualified candidates

Requirements :3 years of prior experience in leading or participating in a professional recruiting effort or some other coordination effort - Previous experience implementing a recruiting strategy and managing full-cycle recruitment - Demonstrated project management skills and have experience in building tools of assessment/measurement using Excel - Ability to develop job descriptions/postings, recruiting materials, and lead searches with front line managers Key Measures - Candidates interviewed compared to number presented - Candidates interviewed per hire - Number of candidate interviews set up by week/month - Quality of candidates hired by recruiter and by manager - Quality of candidates by sourcing channel - Time to hire - Turnover by position - Turnover by manager Competencies Must be computer proficient with a strong working knowledge of Excel, of MSWord, and PowerPoint Acts wisely and decisively Ensures alignment with our strategy and customer needs Externally aware Problem solver Plans, controls, and organizes Likes detailed work Values diversity Team player Creative and innovative Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
