Responsibilities and Requirements : In this leadership role, you will be responsible for delivering products to support the Consumer Healthcare R&D programs aligned with the commercial ambition ensuring projects remain on time and on budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for the development and execution of a strategy to develop their NPD team to meet the future demand of the R&D programs. This strategy would include working with vendor management to identify 3rd party contract organizations which can develop new products. You would reside in a multifunctional team aligned with research and commercial counterparts within the brand or business.
