Responsibilities: Develops and implements operating standards, practices and procedures for all Business Units within assigned region. Assists in definition, development, and management of service and brand standards. Provides leadership and direction to Executive Committee membersat properties located within assigned region. Serves as the main contact with Vail Resorts corporate office, as a member of the Corporate Lodging Executive Committee. Coordinates capital projects including renovations, concept changes, and additions of new services at properties. Manages relationships with third party ownership groups and HOAs. Provides insight to potential new properties/developments within region. Provides oversight and direction for new property openings withing the region. Other duties as assigned.  Serves as the GM for Tempo and provides oversight to properties in the southeast and Caribbean region.  Responsible for financial and operational performance of assigned properties including budget, forecasts, revenue mgmt, brand standards, rooms, spa, food and beverage operations, guest activities and ensuring exceptional experiences for our guests.  Manages relationships with third party ownership groups and homeowners's associations.  Involved in potential new developments and property openings within assigned region.       Serves as the General Manager for Tempo, including oversight for all day-to day activities at the property. Provides oversight for properties in the Southeast and Caribbean region. Responsible for all operating expenses and budgets within assigned region. Participates in establishment and execution of company and divisional goals, philosophies and initiatives.  .
