Responsibilities : Primary responsibility will be for the Procurement and Inventory Management of the Direct/Indirect Material buy for the Saline Divisions.Assists in the formulation of the company's Supply Chain/Procurement procedure and objectives; provides direction for materials planning and optimization of inventory levels.Coordinate varied activities such as material planning, shop scheduling, requirements planning, materials processing, inventory management, provisioning, procurement, technical support and supplier improvement.Achievement of divisional profit improvement programs, Direct and Indirect Deflation and Cost Avoidance programs.Establish and Drive the Material strategy, provide guidance as well as assistance for supply chain improvement and audits performance.Accountable for tracking division's participation and compliance with corporate purchasing agreements.Initiate efforts to improve efficiencies of materials and logistics by selecting the highest quality products at the most economical price.Interfaces with Accounting, Customer Service, Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing.Supply Chain Project work as assigned by managerAssessing Supplier capabilitiesStrong negotiation skills and proven track record for dealing with external suppliers and possessing the ability to properly deal with employees in all levels of the organization

Requirements :Bachelor degree in business or management or related discipline is requiredMBA or MS degree preferred5 years plus of Supply Chain/Logistics/Purchasing experienceHighly evolved communication skillsverbal, written.
