Responsibilities and Requirements : This position will have the responsibility for Integrated Logistics Support engineering analysis, planning and leadership contributing to the successful capture and execution of Surface Solution programs. Programs addressed will include U.S. Domestic Military, International Military and other Government customers, specifically the Brigade Combat Team Modernization Program. Technical complexity will include all ten elements of for aviation and communication electronics systems and systems of systems. Technical leadership responsibilities include both internally performed and subcontracted effort. The successful candidate should have experience in performance based logistics including supply chain management, developing Performance Base Logistics performance standards, designing data management, analyzing processes that support configuration management systems and supporting technology insertion programs. The individual must have experience leading an industry team and must have demonstrated performance in proposal writing. The applicant must also be fluent in the use of Microsoft Office products. Strong written & verbal communications skills is a must along with experience with earned value planning and reporting, risk reduction and metrics.  A background in Military programs is a plus. Experience in development of Military support infrastructure elements; spares analyses, supply chain management planning, and Depot maintenance planning is desired. Moderate travel will be required in the fulfillment of program responsibilities.
