Provides Campaign support and management in support of the Business Development Directors. This role reports to the Business Development Directors and will operate across a broad spectrum of international and US campaigns and will work with an extended network of Systems employees, industrial partners and local in-country representatives to develop and close sales opportunities. Duties as directed by the Business Development Directors and VP Business development. To include o Generation of campaign plans o Analysis of Customer requirements in order to recommend appropriate product responses. o Capture management, co-coordinating internal resources in accordance with campaign strategy o Development of internal investment plans in support of campaigns. o Bid management and Bid writing o Customer liaison and requirements development o Internal business development strategy support. o Coordination of Campaign management with both Group Business development and Business development staff. o Support the Provision of monthly management reports on health of programs. Monitors activities to ensure compliance with any government regulations that may apply. Bachelors degree in business or engineering and 10 years experience to include experience in business development, marketing, strategy or engineering. Ability to clearly convey information orally and in writing; working knowledge of the differences between US and foreign business environments/markets. Project Management, Engineering or Business Development experience. Military/Commercial truck market experience, international business development experience, People are the greatest asset in any Company.
