Responsibilities and Requirements : Our Sales Co-workers are some of the most important contacts our customers have with . Sales Co-workers are part of the sales team in the store. Your responsibilities - Share product information and benefits with our customers by maintaining Actions and shelf-choice, and through personal selling skills. - Maintain the sales area in shape as new, clean, stocked and priced. - Provide visitors with a positive shopping experience by ensuring that customer convenience standards are met or exceeded in your sales area. - Ensure that merchandise is presented according to standards and that the range is properly labelled and signed. - Meet our visitors, providing sales help and information at all times. - Adhere to inventory control procedures. - Take responsibility for developing yourself through education on the sales floor and through internal training programs. - Be the product expert in your area. - Contribute to an environment where the culture is strong and where the diversity of our co-workers and customers is valued and embraced. - Assume responsibility for projects and tasks as they occur.

Requirements :Knowledge - Interest in home furnishings and in-depth knowledge of our products. - Computer aptitude.
