Responsibilities and Requirements : Engagement ManagerThe candidate will help launch the newest office in Boston. Plays a critical role in ensuring both continued revenue growth and successful engagements with legal departments at Fortune 500 companies. Reporting to the General Manager, the Engagement Manager will: In partnership with the company, architect and execute the growth plan for the Boston market. Define the client experience by building durable relationships and inspiring trust. Effectively build client relationships and oversee the day to day activities for a portfolio of clients Work with the General Manager to secure new accounts to meet strategic goals Identify new areas of opportunity with new and existing clients. Analyze the success metrics for each engagement Responsible for the identification, qualification and overall recruitment of qualified lawyers in local markets. Align Axiom attorneys with specific client engagements. The EM will have ultimate responsibility for balancing the flow of client engagements and the supply of staff to service those needs. Operate within a collaborative environment with highly motivated teammates and interact with other parts of the business, including Attorney Development and all corporate functions (marketing, finance, HR, IT).
