Responsibilities and Requirements : Prepare and schedule information for on-site lease audits. Perform lease audits at landlord locations which require 40% nationwide travel. Review store leases and all charges associated with the leases. Write audit reports and document all exceptions. Negotiate and recover audit findings with landlord representatives.You must be able to learn fast! Ability to be flexible and appeal to all different levels of management. BA in finance or accounting would be helpful to candidate. 2-3 past years of experience in real estate, accounting, audit or property management preferred. Must be able to read, review and audit lease agreements. Attention to detail and ability to negotiate preferred. Ability to research store location and multi-task while scheduling multiple trips is required.
