Responsibilities : This is an opportunity to work with iShares; the world most comprehensive family of exchanged traded products with more than 190 exchange traded funds and notes offered globally. We are seeking a high energy, self motivated Business Development Officer to build and grow relationships with portfolio managers and financial advisors within the Private Wealth Management Group This position reports to the Channel Manager of the Group and will be based in the Southeast territory. The primary target audience will be Private Wealth Management Group Advisors including Private Banks, Private Client Service Teams and Bank broker/dealers. Expectations will be to effectively manage the territory in order to exceed personal and team sales goals.Primary Call on PWM Group clients/prospects in order to support and grow their business through the use ofiShares. Deliver sales presentations, seminars, and meetings with PWM Group clients/prospects, and HomeOffice field officers for regional banks. Identify opportunities/needs for marketing or collateral that will help drive adoption and usage of iShares. Report weekly activities and accomplishments. Be a contributing partner on a team that thrives on partnership, ideation, and execution. Work with National Accounts Team to communicate client voice from the field. Manage budget to maximize time and resources. Manage all conference activity and speaking engagements within the region. Work with the internal wholesaler, Business Development Associate (BDA), to maximize territory sales coverage.

Requirements : BA/BS degree required NASD series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses required CIMA or CFA certification desirable 3-5 years direct outside intermediary sales experience with a mutual fund, separate account, or hedgefund distributor Ability to develop relationships with PWM Group clients/prospects and deliver ideas and information thatwill generate sales and assets Ability to travel extensively on a consistent basis Extensive knowledge of the US PWM Group intermediary market preferred Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Exceptional sales presentation skills High energy, motivated individual, commitment to excellence .
