Responsibilities : Located in Mantua, NJ at the Operations Center. Hours rotate between 8am-7pm, and rotating Sat between 8:00 am - Noon; must be able to work all hours./DutiesResponsible for internal and external customers on distinct checking, savings, time deposits, installment loans, and basic knowledge of mortgage and commercial loans for Fulton Financial Corporation select affiliates. Promoting and cross-selling the distinct products and services of each affiliate bank. SkillsStrong ability to analyze, compile and compute large amounts of information quickly. Computer experience required , Microsoft office preferred. ExperiencePrior banking and/or call center experience preferred. Must have prior customer service experience. EducationMust be a high school graduate or equivalent.

Requirements :Required to sit at least 80% of the day operating a PC terminal, telephone set (with headphones), and microfiche machine. Ability to see, hear, and speak effectively to callers. Requires limited amount of reaching, climbing, and stooping.
