Responsibilities: Demonstrates products, engages consumers and sells products in a professional manner. Maintains an overall professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job. Job Highlights: Demo schedules are Thursday through Saturday between 10:30 am “ 4:30 pm and Sunday from 12:30 am to 6:30 pm each week Weekly pay Event table, materials and equipment provided at the store Outside employment is permitted as long as it does not interfere with responsibilities Regular, consistent demos schedule “ 18-24 hours per week depending on availability Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Management and maintenance of the equipment and supplies used for demonstrations. Build rapport and communicate regularly with store management about the upcoming events and the execution of past demonstrations in the store. Point person for all demos being conducted in the store. Assist other product demonstrators with demo kits, materials and tools as needed. Has knowledge of products represented and has ability to proactively complete consumer intercepts. Ability to prepare and serve food samples utilizing raw meats, produce, microwaves, hot plates, oil, and kitchen utensils. Maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station using cleaning chemicals. Demonstrate the benefits of consumer package goods to consumers. Sells product on location. Distributes point of sales materials. Set demonstration tables. Completes all store calls as assigned. Achieves 100% effectiveness rate on assigned work. Assist with preparation for client visits and completes audit corrections. Communicates all pertinent information on product lines as it relates to maintenance or sales activities and promotions. .
