Strategic Projects Director - (US-CA-San Francisco - 94199) Minimum Education: None Job Type: Full Time Email this job to yourself or to a friend | Job Match Test | Resume Guide Click Here to Apply Online Responsibilities : The candidate will focus on strategic human capital related projects in the following areas: mergers and acquisitions, organization and workforce planning, strategic HR planning (including scoping and roadmap planning), organizational change and transition management, new HR program implementations, human capital investment, compliance, outsourcing, HR service delivery, HR operations and process optimization. Will be responsible for all of the aspects of project managing one or more simultaneous human capital projects: project planning, project team building, stakeholder identification, change management strategy, communications, documentation, analytics and ROI/success metrics, presentation, influencing and closing. Build global, cross-functional teams with players from Employee Success, company business, and advisors or consultants to the company. Develop a project management methodology, including performance metrics, lead teams with confidence, build credibility and strong relationships with the various business units at the company, identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions that yield demonstrable results, maintain and project credibility in order to mobilize resources and enlist support even in the absence of direct-line authority. Move quickly to develop an understanding of the company business, the Employee Success organization and strategy, and then act mostly in an independent fashion to deliver on multiple projects.
