Responsibilities: The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is responsible for 24 hour operations within the clinical setting to ensure that the department delivers quality service and optimization of patient flow. These duties include responsibility for effective fiscal management of departmental operations, proper utilization of corporate financial resources and identification of future equipment needs or replacements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required in Nursing, Business or Health related field or must be enrolled in a Bachelor's program in these fields. Time allotted for the employee for completion of the individualized education plan is based on the curriculum required to complete the degree, not to exceed three (3) years. Must have current RN license in the state of Florida and 2 years experience in a clinical area..
