Responsibilities and Requirements : The Technical Writer II (Mid-Level) shall:- Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in the generation of technical documentation relating to Intelligence Community/DoD electronic equipment and systems.- Have an Associate Degree in a technical field of study will be considered equivalent to two (2) years experience.- Have at least five (5) years experience in technical writing based on engineering drawings, technical information from engineering documentation, consultations with engineers and subject matter experts, and other available sources.- Have at least five (5) years experience in the production of defense acquisition documentation, user manuals, training manuals, and other documentation utilized by the end-user community of DoD electronic equipment and systems.- Have experience with technical manual standards Additional experience shall include producing technical documentation for cryptologic programs or projects developing analytic tradecraft methodologies.Security Clearance Requirement Full-Scope Polygraph (or held within the past 24 months)It is the policy of NCI to provide equal opportunity in recruiting, hiring, training, and promoting individuals in all job categories without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability or veteran status.
