Responsibilities : The Senior Systems Analyst will perform a leading role within the division in the area of data requirements analysis across multiple projects dealing with the healthcare domain area. Works with users, associated stakeholders and project team to ensure problem solution and functional requirements are met. The Senior Analyst will make recommendations for system design and implementation as well as participate in system testing and training to fulfill requirements.Analyze and assess customer business processes and requirements and transform them into specific functional, non-functional, and data requirements.Participate in JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions with customers and facilitate user interface development using usability standards and style guidelinesActively work with software developers during requirement gathering and application development to ensure deliverables will meet requirement specifications.Manage and facilitate requirements change management, cross-references, and tracking.Participate and facilitate in development of application test plan, test cases, user scenarios, application testing, and overall quality assurance and quality control processPerform a leading role in developing Software

Requirements : Specification (SRS) document for a large software development project.Prepare monthly progress reports. Provide input on project Program Plan and Schedule.Participate and facilitate requirements-gathering and configuration management meetings with cross-functional subject matter experts across multiple projects.Limited travel to local areas may be required. Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, ORSA, Information Management, Mathematics, Business Administration or other scientific area.8 to 10 years experience in overall IT-related projects, with at least 6 years in systems requirement analysis position.At least 2 years in the area of healthcare or healthcare IT requirement analysis, development, management, or technical support.Strong background and familiarity with project management, requirements management, data modeling technologies.Past experience or strong familiarity with application development lifecycles.
