Responsibilities : Develop, manage and motivate a team of 10 Regional Meeting Planners who are responsible for the execution and planning of all local and national Patient Empowerment Programs, local and national Peer to Peer Programs, Regional Sales Meetings, and Regional Training Meetings for the Neurology business unit. To manage the local and national Patient Empowerment Program & Peer to Peer projects for the sales force. Manage 5 vendors: establish and maintain budget, and oversee performance. To work closely with Marketing to develop and implement new Patient and Peer to Peer strategy as well as collaborating with several internal stakeholders to enhance the event management systems and processes Development and tracking of budget related to Peer to Peer programs Ongoing tracking of all components of Patient and Peer to Peer programs - providing Marketing, sales force, and senior management with metrics: reach, cost, impact, ROI, etc. Calculation of fair market value for all program speakers working closely with Compliance team to ensure Regional Meeting Planners are updated at all times on changes in speaker rates and calculations Contact for Sales force for State Law Reporting.

Requirements : Leadership skills highly important: must be able to delegate, deliver feedback, and make quick, effective decisions Interpersonal skills highly important: must be able to motivate team, listen to team ideas, and read people Communication skills: must be able to communicate with all types of personalities Meeting planning, event planning experience Must have excellent customer service skills Professional experience for at least 10 years 2-3 years of managment experience preferredEducationBachelors Degree from an accredited University required.
