Inside/Outside Sales Representative (ERP Software)

This is a great opportunity to speak daily to C level decision makers about their business need. No day is ever the same!!! Come help us grow in this time of change and opportunity. As some businesses downsize, others will be growing. You will report to the Manager of Software Solutions Sales and some day to day duties include:
• Seek out new business opportunities through various avenues
• Assist with driving lead generation programs for the company
• Build pipe-line through constant touch points including daily cold calling, e-mails and communication with suspects and prospects
• Mine existing end-users of our software for services
• From Pipeline, create new opportunities who purchase software and services from our company
• Maintain and grow your client base for future sales and services
• Follow up monthly with existing clients; make extensive use of the telephone

Qualifications:
This motivated team player will possess the following skills, experience attributes and knowledge:
• 2-4 years of sales experience in Accounting or ERP software technology-oriented company
• 1-2 years of insides sales experience a must
• Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• ACT or equivalent CRM experience required
• Basic HTML and image editing (Photoshop or similar) skills a plus
• Experience with generating leads through Internet research, referrals, networking and cold calling
• Experience researching solutions/answers through internet research
