A local non-profit dental office is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Manager-RDA. This position is responsible for running the clinical office team in the performance of quality, caring clinical dentistry in a comfortable environment, as well as to encourage clinical adeptness, teamwork and communication with patients. Qualified candidate must have the following:

• Minimum of 2+ years experience as a Clinical Manager, preferably in a dental environment
• Proficiency in a second language preferred
• Experience working with culturally diverse, limited-English or non-English speaking patients preferred
• Knowledge of updated OSHA regulation
• Demonstrated proficiency in dental software
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and preferred Restorative Functions accreditation
• CPR/AED certified
• Ability to quickly adapt within a constantly changing work environment
