Principal Accountabilities:

Lead IT efforts in the migration process to Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Design and develop applications that leverage existing business systems.
Lead the development and support of an infrastructure that provides standards, security, change management, and end-user information.
Initiate and lead CI initiatives that result in cost savings through the application of information technologies.
Integrate information into and out of the business systems by seeking out new and more efficient methods of assimilating and distributing data/information.
Develop and execute end-user training.
Provide accurate system documentation by providing new or updating existing user manuals.
Provide accurate estimates of time required to implement system development or modifications.
Support all I.T. employees in the development of common solutions among all locations.
Ensure all applications are complete and documented prior to release by coordinating peer reviews for quality.

Required Experience:

B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
3 or more years experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX. Expertise with financial, and distribution modules highly desirable.
5 or more years of industry experience in information technologies .
Advanced programming skills in .Net development tools.
