Responsibilities: Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time, and desired results. Establish linkage between business projects, Strategy Deployment A3s and enterprise metrics Ensures LOB/Regional solutions are aligned with IT's and the Business' philosophy, strategy, and activities. Ensures that best practices and common technology solutions are effectively applied across sites and businesses. Functions as IT consultant for local technical and applications support, with regards to prioritizing projects, providing day-to-day support, Data Mining, adhoc queries, and ensuring consistency across the business and applications. Functions as part of plant leadership team; actively participates in plant-specific issues such as strategic planning, AOP formulation, and other plant-specific functions Train junior level personnel in technical complexities of assigned work. Assists IT Management Team with establishment of goals, metrics, 3 year strategy and budget. Knowledge, Skills and abilities Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems Minimum of 10 years of IT experience Experience in .NET and SQL server databases in a manufacturing enviornment. Ability to apply broad knowledge of IT principles, practices, and procedures in applications and technical solutions. Demonstrated ability to create/foster a leadership environment, emphasizing Lean principles. Demonstrated ability to effectively interact and communicate with all organization levels and external constituents. Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make decisions in a rational, systematic, and logical manner. Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based environment. Demonstrated excellent planning and organizational skills. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge of business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
