Responsibilities: He/She will work closely with BH leadership and our approved vendor to ensure upgrades for hardware and software; including website technical architecture, related hardware and managing system's connectivity are managed effectively and efficiently. Additionally, this position will consult with organizational leaders to form guidance councils and oversight committees that will create and enforce policies around content, e-learning delivery, and tracking of participation in education and training programs, as well as how licensures are tracked and maintained in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. Job Requirements Minimum Education Requirements: AS degree in Computer Science or related degree (BS preferred, but not required). Requires an intermediate level understanding of databases, SQL/report writing. Creative problem solver, enabling him/her to challenge current practices and ways of thinking about training and e-learning. Requirements: Must be customer focused and possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills to identify organizational issues of diverse scope and complexity, develop solutions, and implement action plans successfully. 3-5 years experience managing and supporting enterprise system applications, such as Learning Management Systems, helpdesk functionality, etc... 3-5 years experience with online learning, web-based applications, and/or multimedia authoring tools and techniques. 2-4 years of Project management experience. Experience with HTML, Flash, JavaScript and other web technologies are highly desired..
