Responsibilities: In this leadership role, you will be responsible for delivering products to support the GSK Consumer Healthcare R&D programs aligned with the commercial ambition ensuring projects remain on time and on budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for the development and execution of a strategy to develop their NPD team to meet the future demand of the R&D programs. This strategy would include working with vendor management to identify 3rd party contract organizations which can develop new products. You would reside in a multifunctional team aligned with research and commercial counterparts within the brand or business. This exciting way of working ensures seamless communication and an emersion into the brand essence and GSK business drivers. .
