-Coach, lead, and monitor sales representatives with respect to goals, metrics, performance, and sales skills and techniques. -Create and implement process, procedures and lend to a culture that increases product penetration in designated territories through sales to current, former and new residential customers. -Consult with new, existing, and/or alternatively served customers as necessary to understand customer reactions to Comcast products, services, and sales channel effectiveness.
Major Duties:
-Supervise and motivate a team of door-to-door Direct Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals for Digital Video, High-Speed Internet, and Digital Voice product categories. -Provide individualized and ongoing performance management to ensure efficiency and productivity of all team members. -Conduct tactical planning, standardized reporting, and feedback on effectiveness of existing sales plans. -Support and lead competitive field efforts through the implementation of acquisition and win-back tactics as directed. -Coordinate audit follow-ups by Sales Representatives. Perform real-time field evaluation of individual Sales Representative performance. -Track and analyze Rep activity and results metrics on a daily basis. -Coordinate processes to ensure accuracy in daily check-in/pre-screen of sales orders. -Strategically distribute and document territory among team members. -Lead a dynamic, well-informed front line work force that successfully executes the appropriate campaign strategies. -Conduct individual & team coaching and development sessions. -Enhance and promote the sales environment of the entire organization. -Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance is required. -Demonstrate professional conduct and appearance. -Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance. -All other Duties as assigned
Customer Service:
-Assist sales reps in solving customer problems (technical, product, billing, etc.). -Resolve or serve as intermediary to resolve service issues. -Develop partnership with internal departments (e.g. customer service, technical operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills: Minimum Requirements: -3-5 years of successful Sales/Marketing Management or Supervision -3-5 years of successful Leadership experience -Demonstrated results orientation -Demonstrated ability to lead/motivate sales employees -Strong communication skills -Organized and detail oriented work style -Strong Microsoft Office skills including: Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, etc. -High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS candidate or graduate preferred.
