California drivers licenses and upon request, provide proof of liability insurance. Assumes total responsibility for the Rural Health Clinic on a 24-hour basis, 7 days per week. Implements the planning, organizing, directing, evaluation, controlling, communication and teaching required for the Rural Health Clinic under the direction of the Director of Nursing. Facilitates the development of new programs and services. We provide and promote effective inpatient and outpatient health care services including 24-hour Emergency Care, Rural Health Clinic, Surgery, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Diagnostics Imaging, and Intensive Care Unit and Physical Therapy. Qualifications:Current licensure as a Registered Nurse Practitioner in the State of California.Diploma or Associate Degree with 2-3 years experience.Must provide these performance skills within twelve months of hire date:BCLS-Basic Cardiac Life SupportACLS-Advance Cardiac Life SupportPALS- Pediatric Advanced Life Support or NALS -Neonatal Advanced Life Support Preferred Qualifications: Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or related field.
