Responsibilities: Responsible for Testing and Testing Processes for Identified Projects. This could be a hands-on testing role or a Test Lead/Coordination role. Includes working closing with Project and Functional Personnel. Leads definition of test strategy and approach, including defining roles of business and IT and exit/entrance criteria for movement between environments Leads Integration/User Acceptance Testing phases Leads Quality Center structure and usage Definition/ Management of Test Plan Definition/ Management of Test Scripts including use and update of any existing scripts Load and modify the Quality Center Test Plan and Test Lab in partnership with the SME functional and IT testers Definition and organization of Test Data and Test environments Organization and coordination of testing effort for project Training Project personnel in use of Quality Center Defect Tracking Defines process and use of Quality Center for defect tracking, e.g. use of status, who should first receive defects Reporting on Testing and testing process o Completes weekly status reports of testing activities and time spent Project Management o Develops test portion of project plan and leads test team through tasks o Providing estimates to project leader for testing effort Assists with development of strategy, planning and completion of performance testing..
